The purpose of this paper is search for the meaning of 'Writing an future autobiography'.
In Chapter Ⅱ, I introduced a student who criticized the university education is isolated from one's real life, and leaved university. Through her story, we can think about the role of arts and humanities in university. In chapter Ⅲ, I think about the meaning of Arts and humanities education. By taking humanities education students can learn self-reflection, and coincide theory and reality, knowledge and real life. In chapter Ⅳ, I introduced student's 'future autobiography'. By writing future autobiography the student could reflect herself and dream of a hopeful future. This is humanities therapeutic writing. In conclusion, l could draw a conclusion that 'Writing an future autobiography' is very helpful to reflect oneself and explore one's future.
